Cooperation in Investigation. The Board and the administration will cooperate with the grievant or the NBEA in its investigation of any grievance.
Cooperation in Investigation. The Distributor, the Distributor Agency(ies), the ING Broker-Dealer and the ING Insurers jointly agree to cooperate fully in any insurance, securities or other regulatory investigation or proceeding or judicial proceeding arising in connection with any Contract without limiting the foregoing:
(a) The Distributor shall promptly notify the ING Insurers and the ING Broker-Dealer of any customer complaint or notice of any regulatory authority investigation or proceeding or judicial proceeding which it might receive with respect to any Contract.
(b) In the case of a substantive customer complaint, the parties shall cooperate in investigating and responding to such complaint. Any response shall be sent to the other parties to this Agreement for approval not less than five business days prior to its being sent to the customer or regulatory authority, except that if a more prompt response is required, the proposed response shall be communicated by telephone, email or facsimile transmission.
Cooperation in Investigation. You will fully and in a timely manner cooperate with any investigation performed by us into alleged breaches of these Business Conduct Clauses, including responding accurately and completely to all inquiries and providing any requested documents. This may include, but is not limited to, providing access to documents and personnel.
Cooperation in Investigation. Licensee agrees to cooperate in good faith to investigate the extent of any potential violations of Applicable Law, including Anti-Corruption Laws and Trade Laws, in connection with this Agreement.

Cooperation in Investigation. Contractor agrees to continue to assist Company and cooperate fully with respect to any matters for which Contractor was responsible during the term of this Agreement. Contractor also agrees that Contractor will voluntarily comply with the Company’s reasonable requests for Contractor's attendance at meetings, court hearings, trials, or other events relating to or in connection with any legal proceedings to which Company is a party for a two year period following the Termination Date. Contractor shall be reimbursed for all reasonable expenses incurred in connection with Contractor's performance under this Section.
Cooperation in Investigation. VENDOR shall fully and in a timely manner cooperate with any investigation performed by Bilfinger and/or CLIENT into alleged breaches of these Business Conduct Clauses, including responding accurately and completely to all inquiries and providing any requested documents. This may include, but is not limited to, provide access to documents and personnel.
Cooperation in Investigation. During the Term and in circumstances where either (a) Athena manufactures wholly or partially Interlabial Products for Procter & Xxxxxx; or (b) each Party is actively selling Interlabial Products in the same country and all such Interlabial Products utilize one or more of Athena's Interlabial Product Trademarks or utilize the same Technology as licensed hereunder, Athena and Procter & Xxxxxx agree that in the defense of any governmental litigation, hearing, regulatory proceeding, investigation or other similar matter (an "Investigation") related to such products, each will provide reasonable access to the other's employees, business sites, and original business records as necessary or desirable to effect the defense or investigation of such Investigations. In all such Investigations, Procter & Xxxxxx shall have the right at its cost to select counsel to defend such matters, to have the right to contest, settle or compromise any such matter on terms that are not materially adverse to Athena, and to otherwise be solely responsible to direct all actions in response to such Investigations to the extent feasible in the best interests of both Parties. Athena shall have the right to become actively involved in the defense or investigation of any such Investigation through counsel or representatives of its own selection and at its own cost.
Cooperation in Investigation. While we will be investigating the Incident and its origin, you agree to cooperate with us in respect to any and all inquiries from any regulatory, government or the supervisory authority.
