Notification to Unsuccessful Job Applicants. The parties agree that any unsuccessful candidate for an ONA job posting will be notified, in writing, within one (1) week of the decision being made and prior to the posting of the name of the successful candidate. The parties further agree that the above notification will be copied to the ONA Bargaining Unit President.

All other applicants will be advised as per current practice, such practice will be discussed at Labour Management Meetings on an ad hoc basis.

The parties agree that any unsuccessful candidate for a job posting will be notified within two (2) weeks of the decision being made, and provided with reason for not being the successful candidate, prior to the posting of the name of the successful candidate.

The Parties agree that the Hospital will notify any unsuccessful candidate who has interviewed for a specific ONA posting, by the Hospital through email within one (1) week of the acceptance of the position by the successful candidate and prior to the posting of the name of the successful candidate. The Employer will continue its practice of notifying all ONA members via e-mail when a decision has been made regarding a job posting. An electronic copy of all Bargaining Unit job postings will be emailed to the Bargaining Unit President at the time of posting.

(b) The parties further agree that the list of internal applicants will be copied to the ONA Bargaining Unit President upon request.
(c) The Employer will post a list of successful candidates on the intranet site for job postings for a period of 7 days.
