How we deal with unacceptable behaviour Sample Clauses

How we deal with unacceptable behaviour. We will not accept any antisocial behaviour or hate crime against an individual or group of people. Your local YMCA will take all reports of such behaviour very seriously, and will support those people who are suffering from the reported behaviour. If a criminal act has taken place, your local YMCA will usually tell the police. You are responsible for the behaviour of everyone visiting your home. This includes behaviour in the shared areas and anywhere else within our properties. You risk losing your home if you, or your visitors, have caused or continue to cause antisocial behaviour, or commit hate crimes or domestic violence. Your local YMCA will investigate all incidents that are reported to them. If you are responsible for unacceptable behaviour, we may take legal action against you and you could lose your home (if you are a tenant) or we may end your licence.
