How We Notify You. We mail our notice of cancellation, reduction of limits, elimination of coverages or our intention not to renew or of the reasons therefore, to you at the address shown on the policy. Proof of mailing shall be sufficient proof of notice. Delivery of such written notice by us to the insured at the mailing address shown on the Declarations or at the forwarding address shall be equivalent to mailing.

  • Contacting You In order to service your Account or collect any amounts you may owe, you agree that we may contact you using any contact information related to your Account, including contact information: (i) you have provided to us, (ii) from which you contact us or (iii) at which we believe we can reach you. We may use any means to contact you, which may include automated dialing services, prerecorded voice messages, mail, e-mail and text messages and calls to your cell phone. You are responsible for any amount charged by any service provider as a result of us contacting you. You agree to promptly notify us if you change any contact information you provide to us.

  • Employee Notification A copy of any disciplinary action or material related to employee performance which is placed in the personnel file shall be provided to the employee (the employee so noting receipt, or the supervisor noting employee refusal to acknowledge receipt) or sent by certified mail (return receipt requested) to the employee's last address appearing on the Employer's records.

And, we must tell you the name of anyone we reported you to. We must tell anyone we report you to that the matter has been settled between us when it finally is. If we don’t follow these rules, we can’t collect the first $50.00 of the questioned amount, even if your statement was correct.

  • Content You Provide You hereby grant to the Financial Institution and its service providers, including Central 1 and Yodlee Inc. (collectively, “Service Providers”) a license to use any information, data, passwords, materials or other content (collectively, “Your Content”) that you provide through or to the PFM Service for the following purposes:
