Content You Provide. Your use of the Services is your authorization for Financial Institution or its service providers, as your agent, to access third party sites which you designate in order to retrieve information. You are licensing to Financial Institution and its service providers any information, data, passwords, usernames, PINS, personally identifiable information or other content you provide through the Services. You authorize us or our service providers to use any information, data, passwords, usernames, PINS, personally identifiable information or other content you provide through the Services or that we or our service providers retrieve on your behalf for purposes of providing the Services, to offer products and services, and for other permissible business purposes. The foregoing provision is not intended to authorize our service providers to offer products and services directly to you. Except as otherwise provided herein, we or our service provider may store, use, change, or display such information or create new content using such information.
Content You Provide. You hereby grant to the Financial Institution and F.I. Affiliates, including Central 1 and PaymentEvolution (collectively, the “Service Providers”), a license to use any information, data, passwords, materials, or other content (collectively, “Your Content”) that You provide through or to the Payroll Solution Service for the following purposes:
a) to make available the Payroll Solution Service to You; and
b) to provide each other with information generated from Your Content so that they may use the information to provide or offer additional or complementary services to You, (collectively, the “Permitted Purposes”). The Financial Institution and Service Providers may use, modify, display, distribute, and create new material using Your Content for the Permitted Purposes. By submitting Your Content, You agree, or promise that the owner of Your Content has expressly agreed that, without any particular time limit and without the payment of any fees, the Financial Institution and Service Providers may use Your Content for the Permitted Purposes. As between the Financial Institution and Service Providers, the Financial Institution owns Your confidential account information.

(collectively, “Service Providers”) a license to use any information, data, passwords, materials or other content (collectively, “Your Content”) that you provide through or to the PFM Service for the following purposes:
a) to provide the PFM Service to you;
b) to provide you with access to Your Content through other similar services provided by Yodlee Inc. to other financial institutions; and
c) to provide those other financial institutions with information regarding all of the accounts that you have registered with the PFM Service so that they may use the information to provide or offer additional or complementary services to you (collectively, the “Permitted Purposes”). The Financial Institution and Service Providers may use, modify, display, distribute and create new material using Your Content for the Permitted Purposes. By submitting Your Content, you automatically agree, or promise that the owner of Your Content has expressly agreed, that, without any particular time limit and without the payment of any fees, the Financial Institution and Service Providers may use Your Content for the Permitted Purposes. As between the Financial Institution and Service Providers, the Financial Institution owns your confidential account information.

You hereby grant to the Credit Union and its service providers, including Yodlee Inc. and Central 1 (collectively, “Service Providers”) a license to use any information, data, passwords, materials or other content (collectively, “Your Content”) that you provide through or to the PFM Service for the following purposes:
a) to provide the PFM Service to you;
b) to provide you with access to Your Content through other similar services provided by Yodlee Inc. to other financial institutions that you have authorized to receive Your Content; and
c) where you have expressly agreed to such disclosure (by or through an agreement between you and the applicable financial institution or otherwise), to provide those other financial institutions with information regarding all of the accounts that you have registered with the PFM Service (provided that such information shall not at any time include your user credentials or registration information regarding any account) so that they may use the information to provide or offer additional or complementary services to you (collectively, the “Permitted Purposes”). Sage and Yodlee may use, modify, display, distribute and create new material using such Content to provide the Bank Feeds Service to you. By submitting Content, you automatically agree, or promise that the owner of such Content has expressly agreed that, without any particular time limit, and without the payment of any fees, Sage and Yodlee may use the Content for the purposes set out above.

ZapIT! Medical may, but is not obligated to, review your submissions and may delete or remove (without notice) any Content in its sole discretion that ZapIT! Medical determines violates the User Agreement or that may be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm or threaten the safety of others. ZapIT! Medical does not endorse or support any Content posted by you or any other third party on or through our website. You alone are responsible for creating backup copies and replacing any Content you post on our website, and you authorize ZapIT! Medical to make copies of your Content as we deem necessary in order to facilitate the posting of your Content on our website. You may request the removal of your Content from our website at any time, and ZapIT! Medical will take reasonable steps to promptly remove such Content; provided, however, that ZapIT! Medical can remove any such Content only from its website and cannot remove Content from email archives, wiki history pages and similar community forums where you may post content, or others’ computers, such as Content you may have sent to others in an email posted to a ZapIT! Medical email list. If you choose to remove your Content, the ZapIT! Medical license you granted when submitting such Content (see subparagraph (b)(ii), above) will remain in full force and effect in accordance with its terms.
