HP Spare Parts. Except where otherwise directed by HP, AASO agrees that it will use only HP Spare Parts in the course of providing repair and maintenance services as detailed in this Agreement.

Spare Parts Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining vendor recommendations for spare parts and delivering such recommendations and spare parts to Owner in accordance with Section 3.4 of the Agreement.
Spares Boeing will revise, as applicable, the customized Recommended Spares Parts List (RSPL) and Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC).
Hardware and Software Requirements In order to access and retain Disclosures electronically, you must satisfy the following computer hardware and software requirements: access to the Internet; an email account and related software capable of receiving email through the Internet; a web browser which is SSL-compliant and supports secure sessions, and hardware capable of running this software.
Buyer Furnished Equipment 14.3.2.1 The Seller shall introduce data related to Buyer Furnished Equipment, for equipment that is installed on the Aircraft by the Seller (hereinafter “BFE Data”) into the customized Technical Data, at no additional charge to the Buyer for the initial issue of the Technical Data provided at first Aircraft Delivery, provided such BFE Data is provided in accordance with the conditions set forth in Clauses 14.3.2.2 through 14.3.2.6.
Replacement Parts Replacement parts for goods purchased by Buyer hereunder are for the purpose of this Section defined as “Parts” and are included in the definition of “goods” under this Order. For all goods ordered by Buyer’s Measurement and Control Solutions. After the end of the above referenced periods. Seller shall continue to maintain in good working condition all Seller-owned tooling required to produce the Parts, and shall not dispose of such tooling without first contacting Buyer and offering Buyer the right to purchase such tooling from Seller. Seller’s obligations with regard to Buyer owned tooling are set forth in Section 4, “Buyer’s Property”.
Designated Configuration; Trained Personnel State Street and the Fund shall be responsible for supplying, installing and maintaining the Designated Configuration at the Designated Locations. State Street and the Fund agree that each will engage or retain the services of trained personnel to enable both parties to perform their respective obligations under this Addendum. State Street agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the System so that it remains serviceable, provided, however, that State Street does not guarantee or assure uninterrupted remote access use of the System.
Tooling Inventory that consists of tooling or replacement parts;
Cost of Metering The Issuer shall not be obligated to pay any costs associated with the routine metering duties set forth in this Section 2, including the costs of installing, replacing and maintaining meters, nor shall the Issuer be entitled to any credit against the Servicing Fee for any cost savings realized by the Servicer as a result of new metering and/or billing technologies.
Technical Specifications Each Bloom System is an integrated system comprised of a fuel cell stack assembly and associated balance of plant components that converts a fuel into electricity using electrochemical means that (i) has a Nameplate Capacity of at least 0.5 kilowatts of electricity using an electrochemical process and (ii) has an electricity-only generation efficiency greater than thirty percent (30%).
Supplier Selection If Customer selects a seat or galley supplier that is not on the Boeing recommended list, such seat or galley will become BFE and the provisions of Exhibit A, Buyer Furnished Equipment Provisions Document, of the AGTA will apply.
