HSNS. 4.1.1 HSNS shall own all right, title, and interest in and to all HSNS Technology, HSNS Confidential Information, all Derivative Technology created from, based on, or related to any of the foregoing, by whomever made, and all intellectual property rights thereto. In the event that any Samsung personnel make a contribution to the HSNS Technology, HSNS Confidential Information, or any Derivative Technology created from, based on, or related to any of the foregoing, including, without limitation, all rights in and to any inventions and designs embodied in any of the foregoing (collectively, a "Samsung Contribution"), Samsung shall assign, and hereby does assign, its entire right, title, and interest in and to each Samsung Contribution to HSNS.
