Our Representative means any employee, agent, or subcontractor of J700 GROUP or other third party. • "Support Service" means any IT Support services as specified in the support schedule. Support may include both proactive and reactive actions to maintain the System’s accepted operational status. There will be times when Changes as opposed to Support are required to maintain the accepted operational status of the System.
