Any employee shall have access to his/her complete in-service Human Resources file and shall have the right to receive copies of any documents, except letters of reference and materials which may have been provided in confidence to the University. Upon the request of an employee, material of an adverse or disciplinary nature, except evaluation reports, shall be removed from an employee's file eighteen (18) months after date of issue, providing no material of a similar nature has been added.
