Humanitarian Assistance - Republic of the Xxxxxxxx Islands Program. In recognition of the special development needs of the Republic of the Xxxxxxxx Islands, the Government of the United States shall make available to the Government of the Republic of the Xxxxxxxx Islands, on the Government of the Republic of the Xxxxxxxx Islands’ request and to be deducted from the grant amount made available under subsection (a) of this section and subsection (a) of section 261, a Humanitarian Assistance—Republic of the Xxxxxxxx Islands (‘‘HARMI’’) Program with emphasis on health, edu- cation, and infrastructure (including transportation) projects and such other projects as mutually decided. The terms and conditions of the HARMI shall be set forth in the Agreement Regarding the Military Use and Operating Rights of the Government of the United States in the Republic of the Xxxxxxxx Islands Concluded Pursuant to Sections 321 and 323 of the Compact of Free Association, as Amended.

  • Dimensions Education Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. Experience: A minimum of 7 years of IT work experience in infrastructure/network environments performing networkplanning, architecture design, engineering (hardware and software) and optimization.

  • Services FASC agrees to provide to the Adviser the services indicated in Exhibit A to this Agreement (the “Services”).

  • GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE 7.01 For purposes of this Agreement, a grievance is defined as a difference arising between the parties relating to the interpretation, application, administration or alleged violation of the Agreement including any question as to whether a matter is arbitrable.

  • Insurance The Company and the Subsidiaries are insured by insurers of recognized financial responsibility against such losses and risks and in such amounts as are prudent and customary in the businesses in which the Company and the Subsidiaries are engaged, including, but not limited to, directors and officers insurance coverage. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary has any reason to believe that it will not be able to renew its existing insurance coverage as and when such coverage expires or to obtain similar coverage from similar insurers as may be necessary to continue its business without a significant increase in cost.
