Hydrogen Sulfide. (1) The Gas delivered hereunder into any Receipt Point upstream of the Xxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, and Xxxxxxxx compressor stations shall not contain more than a total of ** parts per million (** ppm) by volume of hydrogen sulfide. (2) Notwithstanding the foregoing and for the avoidance of doubt, Gas containing hydrogen sulfide shall only be accepted if the applicable Downstream Facility is commercially capable of treating for such contaminant.
