I nheritance. In the event a Transfer occurs by devise or inheritance due to death of the Owner, the administrator of the Owner's estate or the person inheriting the Premises shall provide written notice to the Authority of the Owner's death within thirty (30) days of the date of death (the "Notice of Death of Owner"). If more than one person has inherited the Premises, the notice shall state which inheriting person, if any, desires to occupy the Premises as his or her principal place of residence (the "Inheriting Owner"), or that no inheriting person wishes to occupy the Premises, and the following procedures shall apply:

  • Donation of Sick Leave The District shall allow unit members to donate sick leave to individual employees who have suffered long-term disabilities or illnesses. Donating unit members shall retain a thirty (30) day balance of sick leave after their donation and may donate no more than twenty-five (25) days of sick leave per year. The donation form is Appendix I. Part-time faculty may receive sick leave donations from any employee, and may donate accumulated sick leave to other part-time faculty following the same requirements as outlined above. Part-time faculty may not donate sick leave to full- time employees.

  • Franchise The authorization granted by the Township to construct, operate and maintain a Cable System within the corporate limits of the Township as embodied in the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Administration of Sick Leave The proper administration of sick leave is a responsibility of the employee and the department head. Unless otherwise provided in the supplemental sections of this MOU, the following procedures apply:

  • INCOME FROM EMPLOYMENT 1.   • VESTED RETIREMENT GRATUITY VOLUNTARY EARLY PAYOUT a) An Employee eligible for a Sick Leave Credit retirement gratuity as per Appendix A shall have the option of receiving a payout of his/her gratuity on August 31, 2016, or on the employee’s normal retirement date.

  • Expiration of Sick Leave If illness or disability continues beyond the time covered by earned sick leave, the employee may be granted a disability leave or a personal leave in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Retirement Gratuity 1. Those employees who, on August 31, 2012, were eligible for a retirement gratuity shall have their accumulated sick days vested as of that date, up to the maximum eligible under the retirement gratuity plan.

  • Income In determining individual “income,” Subscriber should add to Subscriber’s individual taxable adjusted gross income (exclusive of any spousal income) any amounts attributable to tax exempt income received, losses claimed as a limited partner in any limited partnership, deductions claimed for depletion, contributions to an IXX or Kxxxx retirement plan, alimony payments, and any amount by which income from long-term capital gains has been reduced in arriving at adjusted gross income.
