Mailboxes. The Association shall have the exclusive privilege as the labor 28 organization for instructional staff, through its representative, of distributing 29 notices of Association meetings in employee mailboxes. The Association’s delivery location shall be the Board’s central 5 mailroom. A copy of each notice of Association meeting shall be subject to approval 6 by the Superintendent prior to each distribution.
