By 20:00 CET Seller and Xxxxx must each inform the Clearing House of any details on the ICE Endex French PEG Natural Gas Daily Futures Conversion and Confirmation Report that do not match the delivery intentions that they submitted previously. Failure to notify the Clearing House by this deadline will constitute acceptance by the Seller and Buyer of their delivery obligations.
