Identification Fees. Should the employer find it necessary to require employees to carry or record full personnel identification, such requirement shall be complied with by the employees. The cost of such personnel identification shall be borne by the employer. Any time spent off duty in pursuit of required personnel identification shall be compensated for at applicable rates of pay.
