Identification Fees. Should the Employer find it necessary to require employees to carry or record full personal identification, such requirement shall be complied with by the employees. The cost of such personal identi- fication shall be borne by the Employer. Section 4. Unless otherwise required by law, platform employees are not required to meet D.O.T. physical requirements; however, they shall comply with the above sections.
