Basic Rate. A Producer which qualifies as a "$15 Million Contributor" (as defined below) shall contribute to the Health Plan:
(i) four dollars thirty-one and three-tenths cents ($4.313) for each hour worked by or guaranteed an employee by such Producer on or after July 29, 2018 to and including August 3, 2019 under the terms of this Agreement, including "straight time" and "overtime" hours on any day worked;
(ii) four dollars forty-one and three-tenths cents ($4.413) for each hour worked by or guaranteed an employee by such Producer on or after August 4, 2019 to and including August 1, 2020 under the terms of this Agreement, including "straight time" and "overtime" hours on any day worked; and
(iii) four dollars fifty-one and three-tenths cents ($4.513) for each hour worked by or guaranteed an employee by such Producer on or after August 2, 2020 to and including July 31, 2021 under the terms of this Agreement, including "straight time" and "overtime" hours on any day worked. It is understood that any Producer which has been recognized or is hereafter recognized by the Motion Picture Industry Pension and Health Plans as a "$15 Million Contributor," and any entity related to or affiliated with such Producer that exists now or may exist in the future, qualifies as a "$15 Million Contributor."
Basic Rate. Each employee shall be paid the straight hourly rates set forth in Appendix A for the classification and grade to which he/she is assigned, except as herein otherwise provided.

(i) four dollars thirty-one and three-tenths cents ($4.313) for each hour worked by or guaranteed an employee by such Producer on or after July 29, 2018 to and including August 3, 2019 2 The Health Plan contribution rate set forth in subparagraph (b) above includes the thirty and one-half cents ($0.305) hourly contribution that the bargaining parties agreed during the 2012 negotiations would be paid to the Health Plan, rather than to the Individual Account Plan as had been required under prior Agreements. under the terms of this Agreement, including "straight time" and "overtime" hours on any day worked;
(ii) four dollars forty-one and three-tenths cents ($4.413) for each hour worked by or guaranteed an employee by such Producer on or after August 4, 2019 to and including August 1, 2020 under the terms of this Agreement, including "straight time" and "overtime" hours on any day worked; and
(iii) four dollars fifty-one and three-tenths cents ($4.513) for each hour worked by or guaranteed an employee by such Producer on or after August 2, 2020 to and including July 31, 2021 under the terms of this Agreement, including "straight time" and "overtime" hours on any day worked. It is understood that any Producer which has been recognized or is hereafter recognized by the Motion Picture Industry Pension and Health Plans as a "$15 Million Contributor," and any entity related to or affiliated with such Producer that exists now or may exist in the future, qualifies as a "$15 Million Contributor."
Basic Rate. The Resident, Resident’s Representative and Resident’s Legal Representative (add any other party to be charged under the agreement) agree that the Resident (or other specified party) will pay, and the Operator agrees to accept, the following payment in full satisfaction of the Basic Services described in Section I. B. of this Agreement. (the “Basic Rate”). The Basic Rate as of the date of this agreement is ($ per month). Your Basic Rate is determined by your room selection and may increase pursuant to Section III.E, below. Pursuant to State Regulations, you will receive a notice 45 days prior to any increase. The current rates for various rooms are set forth in Exhibit III.C.
Basic Rate. The unpaid principal balance of the Notes shall bear interest at a fluctuating rate per annum from day to day equal to the Prime Rate minus 1/4 of one percent.
Basic Rate. Executive shall be compensated at the annualized rate of $180,000 per annum (the "Base Rate"). The Base Rate will be increased by 4% per annum on the yearly anniversary of this agreement.
Basic Rate. The Basic Rate may be adjusted by the Community when there is a cost-of-living increase and/or if a Resident elects to pay more for a room exceeding 220 square feet upon forty-five (45) days advance written notice to the Resident.
Basic Rate. 1. Flat Fee Arrangements The residents, resident’s representative, and resident’s legal representative agree that the resident will pay, and the Operator agrees to accept, the following payment in full satisfaction of the basic services described in Section I.B. of this Agreement. The basic rate as of the date of this Agreement is: $169.00 Per Day – Studio $209.00 Per Day – One Bedroom Apartment $215.00 Per Day – Large One Bedroom Apartment
Basic Rate. The rate of pay for a given classification as set forth in the wage schedule of the Labor Agreement.
