If Developer claims exemption from sales tax. Developer agrees to provide Company with an appropriate, current and valid tax exemption certificate, in form and substance satisfactory to the Company, relieving the Company from any obligation to collect sales taxes from Developer ("Sales Tax Exemption Certificate").
