IFA Budgeting and Appropriations. 10.2.4.1 On or before the first day of August of each even numbered year, IFA shall prepare an annual budget forecast for the ensuing two Fiscal Years which shall set forth in reasonable detail (i) the estimated Indiana Revenue Share for each such Fiscal Year, (ii) the Maximum Availability Payment for each such Fiscal Year, (iii) the estimated Toll System Collection Expense First Priority Costs and IFA’s Costs for such Fiscal Years, (iv) the estimated amount of additional payments owed under this Agreement, including Termination Compensation and payments with respect to Relief Events for such Fiscal Years, and (v) the estimated required deposits, if any, to funds or accounts created under the Project Trust Agreement for such Fiscal Years, (vi) the amount of funds to be appropriated to the Department to make the payments to the IFA under the Use Agreement; and (vii) the amount of funds to be appropriated to IFA to make the payments to the Developer under this Agreement.‌

  • General Assembly Appropriation The Recipient hereby acknowledges and agrees that the financial assistance provided under this Agreement is entirely subject to, and contingent upon, the availability of funds appropriated by the General Assembly for the purposes set forth in this Agreement and in Chapter 164 of the Revised Code. The Recipient further acknowledges and agrees that none of the duties and obligations imposed by this Agreement on the Director shall be binding until the Recipient has complied with all applicable provisions of Chapter 164 of the Revised Code and Chapter 164-1 of the Administrative Code and until the Recipient has acquired and committed all funds necessary for the full payment of the Matching Funds applicable to the Project.

  • STUDENTS AND BUSINESS APPRENTICES A student or business apprentice who is present in a Contracting State solely for the purpose of his education or training and who is, or immediately before being so present was, a resident of the other Contracting State, shall be exempt from tax in the first-mentioned State on payments received from outside that first-mentioned State for the purposes of his maintenance, education or training.

  • Authorization of appropriations There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as are necessary to carry out this section.

  • Cooperation with Economic Studies If ICANN initiates or commissions an economic study on the impact or functioning of new generic top-­‐level domains on the Internet, the DNS or related matters, Registry Operator shall reasonably cooperate with such study, including by delivering to ICANN or its designee conducting such study all data related to the operation of the TLD reasonably necessary for the purposes of such study requested by ICANN or its designee, provided, that Registry Operator may withhold (a) any internal analyses or evaluations prepared by Registry Operator with respect to such data and (b) any data to the extent that the delivery of such data would be in violation of applicable law. Any data delivered to ICANN or its designee pursuant to this Section 2.15 that is appropriately marked as confidential (as required by Section 7.15) shall be treated as Confidential Information of Registry Operator in accordance with Section 7.15, provided that, if ICANN aggregates and makes anonymous such data, ICANN or its designee may disclose such data to any third party. Following completion of an economic study for which Registry Operator has provided data, ICANN will destroy all data provided by Registry Operator that has not been aggregated and made anonymous.
