Illegal Strike/Union Requirements. In the event of a strike or other work action in any form during the term of this contract, either on the basis of individual choice or collective employee conduct, the Association will make efforts including public appeals to secure an immediate and orderly return to work. This obligation and the obligations set forth above shall not be affected or limited by the subject matter involved in the dispute giving rise to such work action.
