Contract Content. To order Services, Authorized Purchaser must complete the best value selection process set forth in section 5.2 above and must submit a Contract to the selected contractor that specifies all of the following:
6.3.1. Language stating that the Contract is submitted under this MSA and the MSA number;
6.3.2. Language incorporating all Contract terms and conditions of Exhibit A into the Contract, which may be modified by ORCPP Members only for consistency with applicable law;
6.3.3. Clear description of the required Services, location, and associated deliverables;
6.3.4. Rates and maximum amount payable for the Services (including travel per Section 5.4 and other expenses);
6.3.5. Required delivery schedule for the Services;
6.3.6. Invoicing address; and
6.3.7. Name of Authorized Purchaser’s authorized representative and contact information for that individual, including telephone number and e-mail address.
Contract Content. 1.1 Party A shall purchase [Industrial Internet Platform Software] from Party B, and Party B shall provide Party A with corresponding software products, technical services and guarantees; Party B shall issue the project technical proposal to Party A and provide technical services and guarantees after being approved by Party A.
1.2 The quality requirements to be met by the project shall be implemented according to the project technical scheme. If there is no project technical scheme, it shall be implemented according to the current national standards. If there is no national standard, it shall be implemented according to the industry or relevant industry practice standards.
Contract Content. 2.1 The Supplier's offers are open to acceptance; all purchase orders and sales requests, as well as deals carried out by the Supplier's sales representatives shall only become binding when confirmed in writing by the Supplier. This requirement shall apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2 Amendments, verbal agreements, guarantees, information on the properties of the item and subsequent agreeemts to these Terms and Conditions shall be invalid, unless consented to by the Supplier or his managerial employees or other agents.
2.3 The Customer may not assign any rights under these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part without the written consent of the Supplier.
Contract Content. 2.1.1 Detailed design for relevant steel structure
2.1.2 Except for the steel structure, door and window works directly constructed by the general contractor, including the manufacture, transportation and installation of purlince, roof, wall panel, gutter, downpipe, canopy, doors and windows, doorpost trenching, tie bar, casing, and all the steel structure works in the design drawing(including completed construction and construction under progress), including the manufacture, transportation and installation of main steel structure, steel beam, crane beam and steel support. Should there be any dispute occurred with general contractor regarding the contracted works, it shall be solved through mutual negotiation according to related bidding documents. The contractee will not make any extra payment.

Contract Content. The entire Contract of the parties, with all attached exhibits and assurances, together with the relevant Program/Service Specifications or Guidelines and Exhibit I as negotiated, is contained herein. This Contract supersedes all oral agreements and negotiations and all writings not herein referred to and incorporated. This Contract may be executed in two or more counterparts each of whom shall be deemed as original.
