Illustration and Comparison of Rate Impacts. The Settling Parties agree upon Schedule 1 (attached), to illustrate and compare existing rates to the temporary rates proposed in this Settlement Agreement. Schedule 1 illustrates and compares the rate impacts under the four scenarios based on average or typical consumption during the test year ending December 31, 2019.
Illustration and Comparison of Rate Impacts. The Settling Parties agree upon Schedule 1 to illustrate and compare the impact of the permanent rates proposed in this Agreement (Column 4) with Xxxxxxx Shores’ current rates (Column 1). Xxxxxxx Shores’ current rates (Column 1) are also proposed by the Settling Parties to be the approved temporary rates in this proceeding (See Section III.A.). For purposes of comparison, Schedule 1 also illustrates the projected impact of Lakes Region’s originally proposed temporary rates (Column 2) and permanent rates (Column 3). Further, Schedule 1 illustrates and compares the rate impacts under the four scenarios based on actual Xxxxxxx Shores’ total consumption during test year 2018 of 2.509 million gallons (3,354 ccf), as well as total consumption during 2019 of 2.502 million gallons (3,345 ccf).
