Common use of Images Clause in Contracts

Images. Images of a Derivative File displayed on a computer screen, and a copies of such images, may be distributed only for purposes of publishing, presenting, or teaching and then only with SCALABLE’s prior written authorization, and accompanied by adequate written notice to the recipients that the image is from a proprietary product developed and owned by SCALABLE, which is protected under applicable intellectual property laws, and SCALABLE’s rights are not waived.
