IMEA’s Obligations. Subject to the other terms of this Agreement, IMEA shall: (a) register with the ERO and the RE to be responsible for Village’s compliance with the Applicable Reliability Standards, (b) monitor, certify, and be responsible for Village’s compliance with the Applicable Reliability Standards, and (c) pay penalties, fines, or other costs imposed by the ERO, RE, or FERC arising from non-compliance on Village’s behalf with the Applicable Reliability Standards, subject to reimbursement from Village as specified herein.
