IMMEDIATE DEMAND FOR PAYMENT. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, in the event that any Event of Default under Section 7.1(f) shall have occurred, the principal of, and all interest on, the Obligations shall thereupon become due and payable concurrently therewith, without any further action by Lender, and without presentment, demand, protest, notice of default, notice of acceleration, or of intention to accelerate or other notice of any kind, all of which Borrower hereby expressly waives.
