Immediate Termination. Pursuant to O.C.G.A. Section 50-5-64, this Contract will terminate immediately and absolutely if the State Entity determines that adequate funds are de- appropriated such that the State Entity cannot fulfill its obligations under the Contract, which determination is at the State Entity's sole discretion and shall be conclusive.
