IMMEDIATELY AFTER PLANNING PERMISSION/APPROVAL. HAS BEEN GRANTED The Customer is required to furnish copies of full planning permission/approval documentation in respect of the site/equipment/rights over land to be transferred as soon as reasonably possible after full and final planning permission/approval has been granted (where the Customer has applied for planning permission/approval). The Customer shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure that planning permission/approval is not limited in time. In the event that planning permission/approval is limited in time, the Customer will be required to put in place a bond covering the cost of decommissioning and re-instatement. This bond is to be put in place prior to physical works/construction commencing.
