IMMIGRANT WORKER REGULATION Sample Clauses
The Immigrant Worker Regulation clause establishes requirements for the employment of immigrant workers by the contracting parties. Typically, this clause mandates that all workers employed under the contract must have legal authorization to work in the relevant jurisdiction, and may require the employer to verify and document such authorization. By including these provisions, the clause helps ensure compliance with immigration laws and reduces the risk of legal penalties or contract breaches related to the unauthorized employment of immigrant workers.
