Immigration Requirements. 3.1 The College and the University are each under a legal obligation to ensure that all students comply with relevant visa or immigration requirements and they may report any non-compliance to the Home Office or UK Visas and Immigration (or any body that replaces it). The College or the University may request information and documents from you to ensure that you are complying with any visa or immigration requirements. You must comply with such requests within a reasonable time (or any specific timeframe stipulated by the College or the University).
