Common use of Implementation of the M&E Plan Clause in Contracts

Implementation of the M&E Plan. (a) Approval and Implementation. The approval and implementation of the M&E Plan, as amended from time to time, shall be in accordance with the Program Annex, this M&E Annex, the Governance Agreement, and any other relevant Supplemental Agreement.
