Important – Exhibiting space and Electricity. Every holiday period is a unit by itself which means that a new application becomes applicable every time with everything that accompanies it. Photos or Photostats have to be included every time with every application otherwise such an application would not be considered by the Selection Committee. Nobody can ever acquire a right to a permanent stall or stall space. Furthermore – Nobody can ever acquire any rights whatsoever at any place where electricity points controlled by the I.E.A are available. Each stallholder has to apply again before each holiday period for electricity to be allocated to him/her after which such an application can be approved or rejected. Payment of the required capital contribution for a holiday period is no guarantee whatsoever that electricity would be allocated to such a stallholder in the future. Capital contributions are a once-off and not refundable.
