Disclosures may be made to our contractors for the purpose of performing any programmatic function that requires disclosure of records. ACCOUNTING CHANGES Make or permit, or permit any of its Subsidiaries to make or permit, any change in accounting policies or reporting practices, except as required or permitted by generally accepted accounting principles.
Renewal Notice; Notification of Changes Subject to governing law, XOOM can renew this Agreement with new or revised Terms. XOOM will send you written notice at least (30) days before the end of the Term. The notice will specify the date by which you must advise XOOM if you do not want to renew your Agreement. If you do not advise XOOM by the specified date, this Agreement will automatically renew at the fixed rate or variable rate then in effect in accordance with the notice. XOOM reserves the right, with fifteen (15) days’ notice, to amend this Agreement to adjust its service to accommodate any change in regulations, law, tariff or other change in procedure required by any third party that may affect XOOM’s ability to continue to serve you under this Agreement.

Amendments - Changes/Extra Work The Subrecipient shall make no changes to this Contract without the County’s written consent. In the event that there are new or unforeseen requirements, the County has the discretion with the Subrecipient’s concurrence, to make changes at any time without changing the scope or price of the Contract. If County-initiated changes or changes in laws or government regulations affect price, the Subrecipient’s ability to deliver services, or the project schedule, the Subrecipient will give County written notice no later ten (10) days from the date the law or regulation went into effect or the date the change was proposed and Subrecipient was notified of the change. Such changes shall be agreed to in writing and incorporated into a Contract amendment. Said amendment shall be issued by the County-assigned Contract Administrator, shall require the mutual consent of all Parties, and may be subject to approval by the County Board of Supervisors. Nothing herein shall prohibit the Subrecipient from proceeding with the work as originally set forth or as previously amended in this Contract.
Address or Banking Changes It is your sole responsibility and you agree to ensure that the contact information in your user profile is current and accurate. This includes, but is not limited to, name, physical address, phone numbers and email addresses. Depending on the Service, changes may be able to be made within the user interface of the Service or by contacting customer care for the Service as set forth in Section 6 of the General Terms above. We are not responsible for any payment processing errors or fees incurred if you do not provide accurate Eligible Transaction Account, Payment Instructions or contact information.
OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS 11.1 We may transfer our rights and obligations under this XXXX to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under this XXXX.
