Improper Classification. Where a Guild Member is unfairly or incorrectly classified, the appropriate job classifications, job descriptions, rates or remuneration, and other related matters shall be discussed between the Producer and the District Council. Failing agreement, the dispute may be the subject of a Grievance and may be referred directly to an arbitrator in accordance with Article 10.00.
