Improvement Condition Inspections. Commencing on the fifth anniversary of any Lease each fifth year thereafter, the Lessee shall provide the Lessor with an inspection report of the leasehold property prepared by a licensed contractor, engineer or architect, licensed to do business in the State of South Dakota, attesting to the condition of the property and addressing all repairs, replacements and renewals needed to maintain the required state of condition of the property. Said inspections shall be used by the Lessor as a basis for determining compliance with facility maintenance provisions in each Lease and to assist with the Lessor’s evaluation of their options at the termination of a Lease.

  • Property Inspections The Servicer shall conduct property inspections in accordance with the milestones of the repair and rehabilitation plan for such Mortgaged Property and prepare Property Inspection Reports on any Mortgaged Property involving property damage over $15,000. The Servicer shall furnish a copy of the repair and rehabilitation plan for such Mortgaged Property to the Master Servicer upon request.

  • Records Inspection Licensee shall keep, and shall cause its Affiliates and Sublicensees to keep, complete, true and accurate books of account and records for the purpose of determining the royalty amounts payable under this Agreement. Such books and records shall be kept at Licensee’s, or at the applicable Affiliate’s or Sublicensee’s, principal place of business, for at least five (5) years following the end of the quarterly period to which they pertain. Licensee agrees that the books and records of Licensee, and its Affiliates and Sublicensees, shall be open for inspection by CareFusion during such five (5)-year period by, at CareFusion’s option, either CareFusion or a public accounting firm for whom the party to be inspected has no reasonable objection, for the purpose of verifying Royalty statements or any other payment obligations hereunder.   • Safety Inspection During inspection of County facilities conducted by the State Division of Occupational Safety and Health for the purpose of determining compliance with the California OSHA requirements, an OCEA designated employee shall be allowed to accompany the inspector while the inspector is in the employee's agency/department.
