Maintenance Provisions. With the approval of the Board, the appointing authority may authorize the provision or partial provision for such clothing and the cleaning and maintenance thereof, or may authorize payment of a clothing allowance in lieu of such provisions.
Maintenance Provisions. It is the employee’s responsibility to keep his/her protective footwear in operable condition to meet their original performance standards. Protective footwear must be worn at all times, unless directed otherwise by the Department due to a scheduled work activity change, such as when an employee is attending a class. If, during the course of performing assigned duties, an employee’s protective footwear is damaged beyond use as a result of a single incident that is not due to negligence on the part of the employee (not due to normal wear and tear) and replacement is warranted prior to the expiration of 24 months, an exception to the reimbursement schedule may be available at the discretion of the appointing authority and, upon said replacement, a new two year reimbursement increment will begin.
Maintenance Provisions. These provisions shall apply to all Maintenance Services. Should any ambiguities or conflicts arise between this SECTION 7 and any other terms within this Contract, this Section shall prevail in matters of Maintenance.

Maintenance Provisions. After installation, the System will maintain the service line between the water main tap and the outlet of the single check valve, meter setter or meter yoke. The property owner will be responsible for the maintenance of that portion of the service line extending from the outlet of the single check valve, or the outlet coupling of the meter setter, to all points of usage on his premises. Leaks in a customer’s service lines must be repaired promptly by the property owner or customer and, if not repaired within a reasonable time after notice, the water will be turned off without any liability on the part of the System for damages resulting form said turn-off.

Maintenance Provisions. The Sponsor agrees to perform all necessary work to maintain the Bank consistent with the success criteria and restoration goals established in Sections A(2) and G below and in the Compensatory Mitigation, Fire Management, and Security Plans (Attachments A-1, A-2, and A-3, respectively). The Sponsor shall continue with such maintenance activities in perpetuity or until such time as the sponsor transfers this permit, management responsibilities and the fully funded long-term management trust fund to another entity.
Maintenance Provisions. In the event of an emergency repair which cannot wait until the following working day, please contact
i. to maintain the garden of the Property in neat and tidy condition, keeping lawns cut, flower beds and borders free of weeds and generally cultivate the garden in a tidy manner and condition according to the season of the year. The Tenant also agrees to pay for shrubs to be pruned at the appropriate time of year if required.
ii. not to lop, top, cut down, remove, or otherwise injure any trees shrubs or plants growing upon the Property (with the exception of normal pruning) or to alter the general character of the garden during the tenancy.
iii. to look after any houseplants supplied with the Property.
iv. not to deposit any store of coal in any part of the Property other than the receptacle provided for the purpose, nor to keep any combustible or offensive goods, provisions, or materials at the Property.
v. to visually inspect all electrical appliances and contact the Landlord or Agent should any repair become necessary.
vi. to keep all electrical and other working appliances (except gas appliances) in good working order and at least up to the standard pertaining when the Tenant took possession.
vii. at all times (if the Property has oil-fired central heating) to keep the oil-tank replenished with the appropriate heating oil and prevent it from running out .
viii. to keep all electric lights in good working order and in particular to replace all fuses, bulbs, fluorescent tubes as and when necessary. Also, any replaceable or disposable filters, vacuum bags etc. to be replaced, at the end of the tenancy.
ix. to clean all windows on a regular basis and at the expiration of the tenancy x. that the Tenant will be liable for any charges or other cost incurred as a result of missed appointments where a prior arrangement has been made for tradesmen to visit, inspect, or work at the Property. Tenant will only be charged for actual . losses incurred, evidenced by invoices and receipts.
