In House Committees. A. The Fire Chief may, at their discretion, create advisory committees to provide information which is necessary to administer the Department. The committees shall be precluded from considering subjects which relate to the scope of representation of the recognized Bargaining Unit. B. In the event that the Fire Chief requires input on matters falling within the scope of representation, they shall consult Local 145. Local 145 will provide data on the subject requested. C. The Department agrees to meet with Local 145 to receive its input on developing and implementing any training programs for Fire Fighters.
