A copy of the itemized annual budget shall be delivered to the President of the Union within ten (10) days after approval by the Board. 16-5.4 Two (2) copies of any and all notices sent to teachers by the Board or by any of its administrative agents shall be sent to the Union Office. Also, two (2) copies of any and all job postings by the Board or by any of its administrative agents shall be sent to the Union office.
Notification to the Union The Employer will notify the JHSC and union in writing of all incidents related to violence within 4 days. For critical injuries the Employer will notify the JHSC and the union immediately and in writing within 48 hours. Notification of Government Investigation or Legal Proceeding Provider shall notify OIG, in writing, of any ongoing investigation or legal proceeding by a governmental entity or its agents involving an allegation that Provider has committed a crime or has engaged in fraudulent activities, within 30 days of Provider receiving notice of such investigation or legal proceeding. This notification shall include a description of the allegation(s), the identity of the investigating or prosecuting agency, and the status of such investigation or legal proceeding. Within 30 days after resolution of the matter, Provider shall notify OIG, in writing, of the resolution of the investigation or legal proceeding.
