South Australian Government Health Etc. ANCILLARY EMPLOYEES AWARD REVIEW 19.1 Pursuant to clause 18 of the South Australian Government Wages Parity (Weekly Paid) Enterprise Agreement 2004 the parties agree to complete the review process for the South Australian Government Health Etc. Ancillary Employees Award, as prescribed in the South Australian Government Wages Parity (Weekly Paid) Enterprise Agreement 2004, as part of this agreement. 19.2 Further, the parties agree that on completion of this review, the parties will establish a process that will enable any issues that have been identified, by a party, during the review to be discussed, resolved and implemented including, where appropriate, updating classification criteria within the South Australian Government Health Etc. Ancillary Employees Award. 19.3 The process to enable issues that have been identified during this review, pursuant to clause 18 of the South Australian Government Wages Parity (Weekly Paid) Enterprise Agreement 2004, to be resolved and implemented must be established within 3 months of the completion of the review.

  • Government Procurement 1. Articles II, XVI and XVII shall not apply to laws, regulations or requirements governing the procurement by governmental agencies of services purchased for governmental purposes and not with a view to commercial resale or with a view to use in the supply of services for commercial sale. 2. There shall be multilateral negotiations on government procurement in services under this Agreement within two years from the date of entry into force of the WTO Agreement.

  • GOVERNMENT DATA PRACTICES Supplier and Sourcewell must comply with the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13, as it applies to all data provided by or provided to Sourcewell under this Contract and as it applies to all data created, collected, received, maintained, or disseminated by the Supplier under this Contract.

  • Controlled Government Data The Disclosing Party's Controlled Government Data, if any, will be identified in a separate technical document.

  • Government Use If the Software, Documentation, Materials and any other Licensor services are being or have been acquired with U.S. Federal Government funds, or Customer is an agency, department, or other entity of the United States Government ("Government"), the use, duplication, reproduction, release, modification, disclosure, or transfer of the Software or any related documentation of any kind, including technical data, manuals or Materials, is restricted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.212 for civilian agencies and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 227.7202 for military agencies. The Software, Materials, and any Licensor services are COMMERCIAL ITEMS AS DEFINED BY THE FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION. Use of the Software and Materials by the Government is further restricted according to the Agreement and any amendment hereto.

  • Alcohol and Drugs Service Provider agrees that the presence of alcohol and drugs are prohibited on the Work Site and while performing their Services. If the Service Provider or any of their agents, employees, or subcontractors are determined to be present or with alcohol or drugs in their possession, this Agreement shall terminate immediately.

  • Federal Government COMPANY acknowledges that the U.S. federal government retains a royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to practice any government-funded invention claimed in any PATENT RIGHTS as set forth in 35 U.S.C. §§ 201-211, and the regulations promulgated thereunder, as amended, or any successor statutes or regulations.

  • Export Administration Each party agrees to comply with all export laws and regulations of the United States (“Export Laws”) to assure that no software deliverable, item, service, technical data or any direct product thereof arising out of or related to this Agreement is exported directly or indirectly (as a physical export or a deemed export) in violation of Export Laws.

  • Alcohol and Drug-Free Workplace City reserves the right to deny access to, or require Contractor to remove from, City facilities personnel of any Contractor or subcontractor who City has reasonable grounds to believe has engaged in alcohol abuse or illegal drug activity which in any way impairs City's ability to maintain safe work facilities or to protect the health and well-being of City employees and the general public. City shall have the right of final approval for the entry or re-entry of any such person previously denied access to, or removed from, City facilities. Illegal drug activity means possessing, furnishing, selling, offering, purchasing, using or being under the influence of illegal drugs or other controlled substances for which the individual lacks a valid prescription. Alcohol abuse means possessing, furnishing, selling, offering, or using alcoholic beverages, or being under the influence of alcohol.

  • Government Regulations Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the Company’s obligation hereunder to issue or deliver certificates evidencing shares of Common Stock shall be subject to the terms of all applicable laws, rules and regulations and to such approvals by any governmental agencies or national securities exchanges as may be required.
