Notification to the Union. The Employer shall advise the Union of the appointment, termination, or change of status of each Employee in the bargaining unit in accordance with Article 8.06.
Notification to the Union. Where the Employer is aware that certain issues have occurred, the Employer will notify the JHSC and union in writing of all incidents related to violence within 4 days. For critical injuries the employer will notify the JHSC and the union immediately and in writing within 48 hours. Such notices will contain all of the information as prescribed in section 5 of the health care regulation.
Notification to the Union. The Hospital with the nurse’s consent, will inform the Union within three (3) days of any nurse who has been assaulted while performing her work. Such information shall be submitted, in writing to the Union as soon as possible.
Notification to the Union. The Employer will notify the President of the Union of pending layoffs described in Subsection 35.4 A, B and C at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the effective date of the reduction in force. Upon request, the Employer will discuss impacts to the bargaining unit with the Union. The discussion will not serve to delay the onset of a layoff unless the Employer elects to do so.
Notification to the Union. The Employer will notify the Union when a permanent layoff is anticipated. At the request of the Union, the parties will meet to discuss the layoff and possible alternatives.
Notification to the Union. The State will require the Coordinating Entity(ies) to notify the Union electronically when the LAP completes all required paperwork to provide services under this Agreement. The notification to the Union will be provided on the fifth (5th) and twentieth (20th) days of each month. The notification shall include:
A. Full name of LAP;
B. Home address;
C. Cell phone number, if available;
D. Home phone number, if available;
E. E-mail address, if available; and
F. Working language(s).
Notification to the Union. The Hospital will inform the Joint Health and Safety Committee and the Union in writing within three (3) days of any employee who has been assaulted while performing her/his work.
Notification to the Union. The Employer will inform the Union and the JHSC within three (3) days of any ONA member who has been subjected to violence while performing his/her work. Such information, providing details set out in Section 5 of the Regulation for Health Care and Residential Establishments, shall be submitted in writing to the Union as soon as possible but in no case longer than four (4) days of becoming aware. For critical injuries the Employer will notify the Joint Health and Safety Committee and the Union immediately, and in writing, providing details set out in Section 5 of the Regulation for Health Care and Residential Establishments, within forty-eight (48) hours.
Notification to the Union. (i) The District shall notify the Union of the name, address, position, location, and pay scale of each new employee, within fifteen (15) days of their date of employment.
(ii) The notification referred to in section (i) above shall include the address, position and pay scale of all employees who come within the jurisdiction of the District by way of a take-over of a function or functions from another government, government agency or other organization.
Notification to the Union. If the College contemplates reductions (layoffs or reduced hours), it shall inform the Union in writing, as to the necessity for, and the methods by which, such reductions shall be made before any such reductions are implemented.
