Common use of In-School Professional Development (PD) Committee Clause in Contracts

In-School Professional Development (PD) Committee. a) An In-School PD Committee shall be established in each school, which shall utilize the general guidelines to administer the in-school PD fund allocation. The In-School PD Committee shall report to the Union Local PD Committee as determined by the Union Local. The Principal will enclose his/her recommendation with all applications for use of PD funds where a teacher’s absence from the school is involved.
