In the English Department. 1. The number of points corresponding to a Teaching Contract is equal to the number of hours indicated on the Contract divided by three hundred and twenty (320). 2. The number of points corresponding to a non-teaching Contract is equal to the number of hours indicated on the Contract divided by six hundred and forty (640). 3. The number of points corresponding to a seminar (LOA 16) is equal to the number of seminar hours delivered divided by six hundred and forty (640). 4. Additional points for education are determined according to the provisions of Appendix C, section 1. 5. Additional points for years of teaching experience outside The Centre are determined according to the provisions of Appendix C, section 2.
