Inaccuracy of Meters. In case the difference between the readings of the main meter and the check meter for any calendar month is within 0.5%, the reading of the main meter shall be taken as final. If however, the variation exceeds ±0.5 %, the final value shall be arrived at as per the procedure, laid down as below. Whenever difference between the readings of the Main meter and the Check meter for any month is more than 0.5%, the following steps shall be taken Checking of CT and VT connections:
