Inaccurate, anonymous materials. A. If an employee and the Board agree that the contents of a document placed in the employee’s personnel file are false or non-factual, the Board will seek a court order or other appropriate measures to have said document removed from the personnel file. B. Disciplinary action shall be supported by evidence other than anonymous complaints, information or documents.
