Inapplicable State Laws and Regulations. The Parties agree that, except as provided in this Agreement or required by Applicable Law, no provision of Indiana law otherwise applicable to a governing body or school corporation, or rule or guideline adopted by the State Board, shall apply to the School or its operation.
