Common use of Inappropriate Access to Material Clause in Contracts

Inappropriate Access to Material. (a) Students will not use the school computers to access material that is profane or obscene, that advocates illegal activities, or that advocates violence or discrimination towards other people. (b) If students mistakenly access inappropriate information, they should immediately tell their teacher and provide the address of the offensive site. This will protect students against a claim that they have intentionally violated this policy.
