Incentive. Full-time employees who have a minimum of two hundred forty (240) hours accumulated sick leave in a calendar year, and who do not exceed the maximum hours annually as outlined below, may qualify for additional transfer of sick time hours to personal time hours. From January 1 through June 30 β 0.0 hours used will earn 8 hours of personal time From July 1 through December 31 β 0.0 hours used will earn 8 hours of personal time Part-time employees who are at least 0.5 FTE or greater are also eligible for the incentive program on a pro- rated basis. Qualifications for the incentive are based on union FTE status as of December 31.
