INCIDENT CHARGES. The Employer will pay charges incident to the hiring of employees which are incurred due to the requirements of the Employer. Excepted herein are: Union fees and dues, expenses related to obtaining appropriate educational or professional credentials relating to bargaining unit jobs for which employees are hired; relocation costs incurred; or the acquisition of an automobile or personal auto insurance.
