Breakdown b. Repair;
Cost Breakdown When the Modification is proposed, the Contractor shall furnish a complete breakdown of actual costs of both credits and extras, itemizing materials, labor, taxes, overhead and profit. Subcontract work shall be so indicated. All costs must be fully documented. The following limitations shall apply:
Safety, breakdowns and accidents 17.5.1 The Concessionaire shall ensure safe conditions for the Users and passengers, and in the event of unsafe conditions, it shall follow the relevant operating procedures and undertake removal of obstruction and debris without delay. Such procedures shall conform to the provisions of this Agreement, Applicable Laws, Applicable Permits and Good Industry Practice.
Mechanical Breakdowns 15.1 Any mechanical problems associated with the Vehicle must be reported to Apollo as soon as possible in order to give Apollo the opportunity to rectify the problem during the rental period. Equipment failure must also be reported to Apollo.
SHORTAGES Claims for shortages in the amount of Products shipped by Patheon will be dealt with by reasonable agreement of the parties.
Incidents Without prejudice to Article 11 of this attachment, and in accordance with attachment F of the Access Code for Transmission, in case of an incident compromising the safe and efficient operation of the transmission grid and/or the system integrity, urgent measures shall be taken by TSO which can consist inter alia of, without being limited to an interruption and/or reduction of the Transmission Services. The Network Users affected by the interruption and/or reduction and the XXXX shall be informed by the TSO of the event and the estimated duration, according to the reporting obligations described in attachment F of the Access Code for Transmission. The Plan for Incident Management is included in attachment F of the Access Code for Transmission.
Outages 9.7.1.1 Outage Authority and Coordination. Interconnection Customer and Transmission Owner may each in accordance with Good Utility Practice in coordination with the other Party and Transmission Provider remove from service any of its respective Interconnection Facilities, System Protection Facilities, Network Upgrades, System Protection Facilities or Distribution Upgrades that may impact the other Party’s facilities as necessary to perform maintenance or testing or to install or replace equipment. Absent an Emergency Condition, the Party scheduling a removal of such facility(ies) from service will use Reasonable Efforts to notify one another and schedule such removal on a date and time mutually acceptable to the Parties. In all circumstances, any Party planning to remove such facility(ies) from service shall use Reasonable Efforts to minimize the effect on the other Parties of such removal.
Accidents and Dangerous Occurrences The Hirer must report all accidents involving injury to the public to a member of the Village Hall management committee as soon as possible and complete the relevant section in the Village Hall’s accident book. Any failure of equipment belonging to the Village Hall or brought in by the Hirer must also be reported as soon as possible. Certain types of accident or injury must be reported on a special form to the local authority. The Hall Secretary will give assistance in completing this form. This is in accordance with the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 (RIDDOR).
Force Majeure Events a) Neither Party shall be responsible or liable for or deemed in breach hereof because of any delay or failure in the performance of its obligations hereunder (except for obligations to pay money due prior to occurrence of Force Majeure events under this Agreement) or failure to meet milestone dates due to any event or circumstance (a "Force Majeure Event") beyond the reasonable control of the Party experiencing such delay or failure, including the occurrence of any of the following:
Accidents If a death, serious personal injury or substantial property damage occurs in connection with CONTRACTOR’s performance of this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall immediately notify Mendocino County Risk Manager's Office by telephone. CONTRACTOR shall promptly submit to COUNTY a written report, in such form as may be required by COUNTY of all accidents which occur in connection with this Agreement. This report must include the following information: (1) name and address of the injured or deceased person(s); (2) name and address of CONTRACTOR's sub-contractor, if any; (3) name and address of CONTRACTOR's liability insurance carrier; and (4) a detailed description of the accident and whether any of COUNTY's equipment, tools, material, or staff were involved.
