INCLUDED PARTIES. Seller will accept orders from and furnish the Products and Services under this EPL Agreement to any governmental agency, governing authority or educational institution of the State of Mississippi that is authorized to use the published EPL, in line with ITS policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, ITS’s published Instructions for Use.
