  • Invoice Submittal DEO shall reimburse Subrecipient in accordance with Section 6, above. In accordance with the Funding Requirements of s. 215.971(1), F.S. and Section 21 of this Agreement, Subrecipient and its subcontractors may only expend funding under this Agreement for allowable costs resulting from obligations incurred during this Agreement.   • Invoice Format Invoices furnished by Contractor under this Agreement must be in a form acceptable to the Controller and City, and must include a unique invoice number. Payment shall be made by City as specified in 3.3.6 or in such alternate manner as the Parties have mutually agreed upon in writing.
